Pity The Fool Who Don't Dance

RSS

Breaking it down in the Eastern Bloc.

Saving my pity for less happy feet.

PS: Still crewing on a feature, so no time for remixing tracks. We’re about to go to six-day weeks. Will update when I finally get to.

Lazy Monkey

Sorry about the lack of updates.

Long story short, I partied my ass off after production ended on my show. Barely worked on anything except a screenplay I’ve been paid to re-write and practicing guitar chords.

Then I got a call to go back to work on a feature film. We’re going to San Francisco in a couple of weeks to shoot, which should be awesome.

So it’s 12-hour days again, with just enough steam to make dinner and strum my guitar for an hour.

No innuendo intended.

The good part is, the feature will keep me working right up until the tv series starts back up again. Yay money.

The bad part is, I have to stop fucking around on weekends if I really want to start making music again.

Stay tuned. Will be working on the remixes (mostly just balancing out the sounds and fine-tuning any effects) this weekend.

Man, I wish I was a polygamist so I could marry both of them.

I CAST THINE PITY AWAY! I CAST THINE PITY AWAY!

Today we draw inspiration from Kenneth Noland’s Trans Flux (1963). He was an abstract painter although sometimes included with abstract expressionist painters. His works explore color and shape while experimenting with thin acryllic based paints that were almost impossible to change after the paint was layed on the canvas thus him referring to his works as “one shot” paintings. He began working with chevron or v-shaped paintings and at first covered the entire canvas with paint. As time grew on, he started to leave some parts of the canvas untouched juxtaposing painted and unpainted surfaces on the canvas.

Yes.
However in defense of the MC, she seems to have a pretty good sense of humor as indicated by her SNL appearances.
So one can only hope she actually listens to and appreciates Nirvana, even if she is forced via contract to regurgitate crack-like pop drivel.

This is the current state of my hair. Or what it could be if LA’s humidity index wasn’t so temperamental.
